1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern access to and use of the cari2u platform, including all services, games, content and functions provided through the cari2u official website. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access the platform, regardless of whether you register an account or not.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the cari2u platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the cari2u platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Not use false representations, a false identity or third-party information without authorisation.

cari2u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through official documents such as a MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the cari2u platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, members of the same household, or using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• All transactions and gaming activity carried out through your account.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.
• Reporting any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to the cari2u support team promptly.

cari2u is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team via live chat or email immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The cari2u platform provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 to 45 minutes, subject to required compliance reviews.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.
• cari2u reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that require further review relating to anti-money laundering compliance or security.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cari2u offers various promotions including a welcome bonus for new members. The welcome bonus gives you a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888.

Bonus wagering requirements are as follows:

• The bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal can be processed from bonus-related winnings.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 must be met first.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• cari2u reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraud.

The cari2u VIP programme offers five milestone levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides progressively higher weekly cashback, from 0.2% at Bronze level to 1.0% at Diamond level. Progress between levels is determined based on your playing activity and loyalty.

6. Game Rules

The cari2u platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, baccarat, sports betting, arcade games and more. Each game category has specific rules available within the relevant game interface.

General rules that apply to all games:

• Game results generated by the system are final and binding.
• Any technical disruption during an active game session will be resolved based on server records kept by cari2u — these records are considered valid evidence.

• The use of external assistance software, automated bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

All content on the cari2u platform — including trade names, logos, interface designs, text, images, graphics, icons and software materials — is the exclusive property of cari2u or its relevant licensors. All copyrights and intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, publish or exploit any content from this platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from cari2u.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cari2u is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cari2u's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters or extraordinary events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses, even if cari2u has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Account Closure and Suspension

• The user breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the cari2u customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all compliance conditions have been met and there are no outstanding balances left to settle.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to the use of the cari2u platform must first be reported to our customer support team via live chat or email. We are committed to resolving any issue within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the relevant regulatory body under the international licence through which cari2u operates. The decision of that regulatory body is final and binding on both parties.
